Welcome to Akins Construction & Consulting in Side Antalya. Founded in 1976, Akinlar Inc. is in the second generation, family-owned company and divided into two separate divisions. On the one side as a distributor of Coca Cola and Philipp Morris products for Antalya and Side region the company is one of the top-ranked branches in Turkey. The other department is construction and consulting, having been operated with its registered brand name 'Akins Construction & Consulting' since 2004.

We completed several high quality developments in Side, Antalya area which were preferred by mostly European buyers. According to the demand in the housing market in Turkish coastal resorts, we started focusing on

many different countries' potential buyers in Europe. Our marketing strategy is being supported by different advertising tools and cooperation. We attended most of the major events, exhibitions, meetings and seminars to build up an efficient know how in housing sector. Research on the needs of European buyers lead us understand the quality and concept requirements. We have been very selective about our suppliers, partners and sub contractors during production and sales phases. Today we are proud to experience that our company is among the most important developers in Side, Antalya area.

Referring to one of the highest annual turnover capacity around ca 75.million € in the region, the reputation and professionalism of our company is appreciated by traders, banks, end customers in Side, Manavgat, Antalya. We are registered to Manavgat Chamber of Commerce, which is the most important civil organization in the city, with nr.29.08.1994 / 001884 as "Akinlar Tourism Construction Inc.".
