As Akins announces in projects brochures the management of the developments are carried out by Akins team in the first 2 years. According to the laws and regulations in Turkey, the owners must hold a meeting and establish an official site management after they take over the deeds. This association will consist of home owners only. If the association would like to keep working with Akins team after first 2 years like our other developments associations do, we are ready to serve and keep the high quality standard of the developments.

Site management service is undertaken by Akins' own team on a nonprofit basis. An estimated cost is calculated and divided by the quantity of the apartments in the development. Monthly payment is required and this monthly fee will cover; gardening and pool care, cleaning of communal units, maintenance and communal electric, water bills and 24 hour security.
