Akins home owners are multinational, majority oft hem are coming from different countries of Europe. Obviously some of them are carrying on with their professional life in home countries and able to come only for a couple of months to Side. Although their relatives, friends and tenants are benefiting from comfort of the apartments, the property is not used for several months in most cases. Akins is ready to offer help to owners with diversified services, referring to the experience regarding the needs of the home owners. Please find a list for our most required services below.

• Health care including emergency services by private and state hospitals, nursing from health care institutions can be reached 24 hours a day. Please check if your private health insurance is valid in Turkey.
• Airing the apartment regularly once a week. Checking the drains, windows and shutters after heavy rains.
• Paying the utility bills. Electric, water, property tax, sewage tax, maintenance fee will be paid on time.
• Insurance policy is issued by the companies with highest reputation in Turkey.
• Cleaning before and after your arrival will be arranged by the Akins team.
• Dry cleaning, laundry, ironing services are provided by cooperation partners of Akins in Side and Manavgat district.
• Airport transfers will be provided by experiencedl drivers and suitable vehicles at a standard fee 24 hours a day.
• Car rental with a wide range of options, suitable price offers.
• Daily excurion tours for individuals and groups can be arranged with or without guides.
• Shopping tours to local markets, jewellery, furniture shops and to Antalya city center.
