Structure

Framed structure with earthquake resistant design

Roof

The type of the roof is designed according to the regulation of the related development plan. Completely concrete structure or steel frame vaulting with sandwich panel covers are two basic options in Side district. The interior is plastered gypsum board. The sandwich panels are made up of layers of insulation, vapor barriers and PVC waterproofing

Walls

Ytong bricks with highest insulation capacity is preferred with different sizes. Exterior walls 175 mm, interior walls 100 mm, between the neighbor apartments 250 mm. Both sides of the bricks are covered with special layers, plaster, gypsum and paint.
