We have adopted the following policies in quality aspects in order to provide the best service to our customers as we decided to be in property sector;

• Akins Construction is selling only %100 free hold properties
• Akins Construction comply with principles of architecture, the concerned standards, the technical specifications, the managerial terms and the terms of legislations, the earthquake regulation. For the major structural defects the construction has a 15 year warranty.
• Every Akins home has a 2 year warranty for the workmanship, material and installation.
• Suppliers of Akins provide a manufacturer warranty for technical equipment and appliances in your apartment. White goods have for 3 years, PVC products for 2 years, wooden or laminate parts for 2 years, sanitary ware at least for 2 years.
• Akins accepts to undertake all kind of costs related to the construction phase. Apartment delivery is turn-key system after all kind of necessary project and construction responsibilities fulfilled.
• Condominium ownership will be issued at the Land Registration Office before the owner gets the deed on own name.
• A team of Technical and service staff can be reached 24 hours a day.
• A site management team of Akins will take care of the development during the first 2 years. The owners will decide to outsource or continue the management with Akins team after these first 2 years.
• Akins promises to follow up and finalize the deed transaction and inform the buyers in each phase, complete all kind of application and paperwork on behalf of them.
• Akins accomplish product deliveries within promised deadlines.
• Akins follow technological improvements and utilize such improvements in products and production.
