"We came for an inspection trip to Turkey with a real estate agent from Norway to visit the cities along the coast. We chose Side because Alanya was too big for us. And honestly, I don't like the high buildings in Alanya. In Side you have everything more closed together. What I like in general here in Turkey is the low crime rate. Especially in Side, our security here is maybe not necessary but I am happy we have one because I often come without my husband but I have never felt afraid.
So we saw some apartments but I didn't want to buy. But when I saw the project Palm Garden for the first time I was deeply impressed! Only 4 blocks, such a big garden and a lot of space! As you can see the buildings are not close to each other. The architect was really a generous man; he gave us so much space! The other facilities from other companies are made without space and without freedom for your soul! You look two meters and there you see the next building in other developments. Here you find the most wonderful area of Side, peaceful and quiet but not far away from the centre! AKINS construction's map was really well considered.

"We were looking for an apartment in Turkey and saw in the internet an advertisement of a real estate agent in Norway. They referred us to an estate agent here in Side and so we came for an inspection trip to Turkey. We saw a lot of developments and facilities but well, it was not the right apartment. Then we were showed a brochure of Palm Garden and were really impressed! WOW! Love at first sight! So much space and open and friendly! Palm Garden is close to everywhere, to the beach and to the Old Town, to the supermarkets and little shops, restaurants and bars. It is a green place inside and outside. We got in contact with Enis Erdogan and immediately started the purchase process. As we bought off-plan we could decide about tiles and kitchen and bathroom design and a lot of other interior furniture. No question, it was the right decision and still is! Then we bought short after this purchase a second apartment in Palm Garden as an investment for our future; this apartment we rent out to tourist. "We have travelled all over the world and wanted to buy an apartment somewhere we can enjoy the sun, the people, mentality and tradition and of course our life and where we could get a high quality and live in peace.
My wife and I, each of us has got a company in Norway and in my company there is a Turkish young man working and learning as a craftsman.
Turkey has become more interesting for us as there is everything we want but for a lower price than in e.g. Spain. We asked his father about apartments and regions in Turkey and he said we could try Side. We compared apartments in Turkey with apartments in Spain and France in the internet so we got an impression about quality and prices and areas in Turkey. Then we informed us about the projects and the completed apartments in Side.
So we came on our own to Side, no real estate or construction company was informed, we wanted no sale pressure or someone influencing us. Side was perfect! Small and lovely, interesting areas and everything close to each other. Here you have the beach, the forest, the lake, the river and Manavgat with its charming shops and markets. No high buildings and so much little houses around here. We had no chance, we fell in love!
We saw some project in Side and then we saw Palm Garden! It was the best! It is still the best! This level of quality and this design and this space for this price! We met Enis and found out he is a trustworthy person and the company AKINS is solid and well-known in this region. To be able to compare we also met other companies and their sales representative. I don't want to say they are not good but Palm Garden fascinated us!
Our apartment is about 200m2 on two levels. We have room for the whole family. The bedrooms are really well-sized and kitchen and livingroom are big enough to host the family at the same time! And so many balconies and the terrace!
I love playing golf and as Belek is only half an hour away I go quiet often and play golf. My wife loves horses and here a few minutes away there are so many farms where you see so many horses. So Side is pure holidays for us!
We are very happy having signed with AKINS. They gave us what we wanted. Because of an illness we could not come for the last 2 years and now we are so happy, everything is okay and we can again enjoy our apartment and enjoy Turkey! And in these 2 years AKINS took care of our apartment. Imagine, you would have bought in Spain or Italy; there is no Service like this and not for this price!
We can now say as we came with no influence and no ideas and no real estate agent or other company to Side that we have done the best to buy an apartment in Palm Garden from AKINS and if someone requires more information I will show my apartment and give references for AKINS. “We are from London and came to Side by chance. A real estate agent from Alanya brought me and my husband to Side and I saw Palm Garden. Of course the estate agent showed us a lot of apartments, that is his job but I saw so much what I didn’t want to see!
I wanted space, a nice area near the beach and a great garden. But I saw little apartments, no space, no light and the apartment were very expensive for the small size!
Here in Palm Garden the room shapes are fantastic. Every room is well-sized and the best things are the huge balconies. I have always dreamed of such big balconies. The pool and the garden are well looked after. We have bought a duplex apartment and have a wonderful overview of Palm Garden. I am happy with AKINS and every time we are in Side Enis comes and visit us. We have a very friendly relationship with them.
The location is very good considering neighbourhood and the distance to the beach, to the restaurants and shops and to the Old Town. We have often dinner at the restaurant at the corner. Turkish food is very delicious! Life in Turkey is easy and not expensive. I prefer being here than somewhere else!
In London I take Turkish lessons and I am so glad when I come and speak some words here. Turkish people are very much delighted, if you only say thank you in Turkish! I love Turkey and enjoy my life. My husband is also very happy. He enjoys walking to the beach or to the Old Town. We need the sun and are very happy that AKINS gave us what we wanted!”

'We like everything here! Our apartment, the big pool, the big garden, fitness room, of course the sun and really no long distances to everywhere! Every day the gardener is doing something here and he is always very friendly and takes care of the garden. We are also not worried as we have security and nobody can come in without permission.
We often walk to Side Old Town and back or to the public beach! You can reach everything within a short walk. We really like Side and the surroundings! My sister stays here almost for 6 months and Anita and I come as often as possible, maybe every second month.
We met Enis from AKINS through a real estate agent in Side and we decided to buy an apartment from them after having checked the other construction companies. AKINS was presented the best way and we still trust Enis. We saw apartments in Palm Garden and we were impressed by the beauty and quality. "We have been coming to Side for the last years! Side is really beautiful and we have everything we need here. Of course, we have also been in Spain and Greece but here is the most beautiful place! After several times in Side we started looking after property, about prices and opportunities. We determined a budget and decided to buy here in Side instead of somewhere else in the world. It was not only our intention to invest but also to buy something for our soul!
One Sunday we went for a walk in Side and saw a real estate office with very nice pictures of some properties. Someone was inside the shop, we just dropped in and that's how we met Enis from AKINS. This company constructs, consults and sells!
Enis told us about the new project Lilium Garden and took us to see Dana and Palm Garden. As we only had vacations in hotels and wanted to know how it would be living in our own summer flat. So we spent the next holidays for 10 days in Palm Garden and several months later also in Dana to have an impression about living in a flat abroad. It was wonderful and we were so impressed about the quality of interior and exterior and the atmosphere. Our desire to own a flat became bigger and the new project was very interesting for us. We saw the brochure and some parts of Lilium Garden was completed but still in completion. Visually it is like a paradise, the white houses around the blue pool, the green garden. You can have a rest here and the wellbeing atmosphere you won't find somewhere else!
The translation from pictures into reality is fulfilled with more than 90%. The relationship between price and performance was optimal for our budget and such a property you will not find in Spain or in other south European countries. Facilities built by AKINS have absolutely a high standard for Turkish people and for German people it is a higher or upper middle class. Decisively for us was Enis, who gave us the impression that he is trustworthy and so is the company AKINS. Not only bought we an apartment, we have also found a friend, we met Enis every time we are in Side and go for lunch or coffee. He is very good in his business but also a very kind person.
So many companies are coming and going and AKINS has been here constantly for the last 34 years and also distributes Coca Cola. It is really not a small company!
Not only you buy a property from AKINS but you also get a service package like we got concerning the purchase process and after sales service. Even now he is still here providing information and helping us because we wanted to buy curtains. So everything from A to Z and detailed! Not like the others: sell and good-bye! AKINS takes care of our property when we are working in Germany and when we come to Side we can enjoy our time. We are very satisfied and don't want to have anything else! "We bought our first apartment in 2004, only a few meters away from here in the yellow houses over there at the corner. Not a famous constructor so it was also not a special flat. Very ordinary and no pool! Nevertheless we paid a high amount to purchase this flat. But somehow we didn't feel good; the apartment was not like we wanted. Something was missing but we didn't know what. So we looked for another apartment in Side but the area we lived was very suitable for us only the apartment was not good enough. When AKINS started to built Lilium Garden we observed the buildings and called the number on the sign and talked to Enis. He informed and consulted us and so we decided to sell our first apartment and buy an apartment from AKINS in Lilium Garden. Enis helped us with the whole sale and purchase process and actually it was within a short time! We were really satisfied with the service.
Lilium Garden is well-built and designed, we like the architecture and the order of the houses. We like everything here, the pool, the garden, everything is perfect here and now we don't miss anything anymore! We have the feeling, that we are home and we do not look for any other property anymore.
The best thing was that we bought off plan so we could indicate special wishes like the very shiny tiles here in the living room.
We bought a duplex apartment on two levels and actually we wouldn't need so much space but our daughters like to come also and they bring their friends with them! Still we are employees in Germany and can only come for a short time to Side but when we will be retired we can also stay a bit longer and need the space for our children coming for a trip!
So as we are very independent and always do everything by ourselves we don't use the AKINS After Sale Service like others but we are in good hands here with AKINS and if something happens with our property, AKINS will take care immediately. And this is good to know that there is someone taking care of you! Maybe we will need it also one day!

"The atmosphere in Lilium is wonderful; I am relaxed when I am here. It is so quiet, and next to Lilium Garden there is a field with cows and horses! That's what I like in Turkey! Watching them makes me feel good and happy! That is so great!
The buildings fit in the garden, which is huge, green and well-designed. The rooms in our flat are well-sized; I like my kitchen and my bathrooms and we have so big balconies here! Of course I like also the other rooms but my kitchen is really great! Everything in Lilium Garden is so nice and well-designed! Nothing crowded here, everything so spacious!
And the gardener and the security man are very helpful, every time when they see us with a lot of bags they help us! They are friendly to everybody. The gardener does a great job in the garden! For me the garden was the most important reason to buy from AKINS because they said, they would take care of the garden and I spent a lot of time enjoying and relaxing in the garden! I work a lot so I just want to relax when I am here! My husband and I, we are really stressed and when we come home to Lilium Garden it is great! We have been in Side since the last years so we know Manavgat and Side very well. We feel like being home here and have a lot of friends. For us it was very clear that we would buy an apartment in Turkey because there is no other place like Side in Turkey and I would like to stay here when we will be retired. My husband loves playing golf and yesterday he went for a golfing trip to Belek and came back in the evening like every time we are here! "We always wanted to buy an apartment in Turkey and so we decided to come and see what is on the market. We met by chance Enis from AKINS. Our cousin knows a real estate agent who works in Norway as well as here in Side and is very professional. She showed us so many places and apartments but the buildings were all so small and built close to each other. And then we saw Lilium Garden -while completion- so we were really impressed by the architecture and the style. The plot is well-planned and we like it here so much because it is quiet and spacious.
